What to do when you think you know everything

February 5, 2013

Meet Cynthia Occelli

Smack yourself!

Just kidding.

When you think you know everything about a situation, especially a challenging situation, open up to possibility.

The act of opening up to possibility opens up the floodgates of life. It’s easy to fall into mental patterns and assume we know all there is to know about a situation and are able to predict every outcome.

The truth is there are countless perspectives to view a situation from and we never know all there is to know. Believing otherwise is both naïve and arrogant.

Surrendering to possibility is an admission that we do not know everything and cannot see the future. It is also an invitation for newer, higher, yet unknown solutions, opportunities and synchronicities to emerge.

When you think you’re in an impossible situation, take a moment to acknowledge that although you do not consciously know how to solve the problem, you know a solution exists and you’re open to receiving it.

This is where the magic happens.

This book is a must read for all women, January 18, 2013

By J Heim

“This book is a fixture on my nightstand. Cynthia is gentle and non judgmental as she guides us through becoming a goddess. Last year I was starting to feel the “sacred ache.” Through this book I realized what was happening. The time had come for me to live my truth. She teaches you by example how to embrace your feminine power. To be the best woman, not a better man. My whole perspective on life has changed. Now I have the confidence to live my life on my own terms, not what society or anyone else thinks. There are also great chapters on finding love, motherhood and honoring the sisterhood of women. This can all be done while staying true to yourself. I plan on reading this book several times a year to help me stay centered. Cynthia gives several examples of her life and how she overcame many struggles she has faced. I wish every woman would read this book. The sisterhood of women would soar and the world would be an even better place.”
